Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
- Unopened & Unused Products – Returns are accepted only if the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Wrong Product Received – If you receive the wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours with proof, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns are not accepted for personal preferences related to fragrance notes.
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Initiate a Request – Contact us via the respective e-commerce platform’s support center with your order details and images (if applicable).
- Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup, or you may be required to ship the product back as per platform guidelines.
- Refund Processing – Upon successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability and applicable only for damaged or incorrect products. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
